There’s nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread!

Our ‘Let’s Cook’ training modules are designed to give Olive team members the opportunity to develop their culinary skills.  Our newest Let’s Cook module, based on bread making, launches this summer and is exceptional.  Team members have one-to-one training with our Food Innovation Chefs to explore the fundamentals of bread making including: kneading, proving, shaping and baking techniques.

A highlight of the module is the fragrant rosemary focaccia.  Team members learn how to create the soft, airy Italian style bread topped with olive oil and sea salt.  The focaccia bread produced is a mouthwatering treat which is proving to be a favourite choice on our deli bars.

Team members found the workshop both practical and enjoyable, giving them plenty of opportunities for hands on learning and questions.
