Olive is proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s best employers after some 20,000 employees were surveyed by the Financial Times and Statista for the inaugural edition of their annual list.
As the highest-ranking Contract Caterer within the list, it is recognition that truly mirrors the importance Olive places on its People as a core value.
The UK’s Best Employers survey was conducted using online access panels for which participants register and agree to take part in online surveys and an open survey published on FT.com. This provided a representative sample of more than 200,000 evaluations which formed the basis to identify the top performers.
Corporations from all industry sectors employing at least 250 people were considered relevant. The employees were not consulted via their employers but anonymously through several online panels. By doing so, the employee could openly state their opinion, avoiding any influence from their employer.
Each employee was asked which firm or institution they work for in an open-ended question and with an autofill-option. The survey took an average of 8-10 minutes to complete, and submissions were welcomed between May and September 2024.
