Olive’s annual Christmas Workshops showcased an array of festive treats again this year. The Food Innovation Chefs worked hard to deliver four days of fun and food. Attended by Olive Team Members, the goal of each day is to inspire and spread innovation for December’s food offer within our sites.
Kicking off with breakfast, Rob Swinfen presented a selection of mouthwatering granola and oat pots with a Christmas twist, some innovative specials and the classic beans on toast got a glow up.
Lefteris Kotsinis then followed with a range of sandwiches and salads for customers visiting our deli bars or wanting a lunch to grab and go.
The hot food was led by Dan McNairney with a presentation which included preparation tips and hints on how to master the perfect Christmas dinner for both Turkey lovers and vegetarian/vegans.
Last but by no means least, Pedro Vega Fuentes served up a selection of desserts too tempting to pass on. Pedro’s Christmas cookies also offered a perfect accompaniment to serve on our coffee bars and with client hospitality. The cookies served with a festive hot chocolate ensured Olive Team Members ended the day with a magical Christmas feeling.
