2024 starting strong

Updated: Feb 16

2024 marks Olive’s 20th year providing catering solutions for B&I clients within the UK.  Following the pandemic, the company’s growth continued with turnover in 2023 up to £42.9 including £5.9m of new business.  2024 looks set to follow suit with 6 confirmed new openings, including partnerships with distribution giants Euro Car Parts and B&M Retail, both presenting opportunities for further growth.

"Olive continues to be laser focussed on our market.  We work with business’s that care about their employees.  We listen to the clients needs and tailor our quality food and service to meet their requirements", says Olive’s Co-Founder Damon Brown.

Consistency is key with growth and to ensure high standards are held, Olive have invested further with new positions in the Operations and Head Office teams.  2024 sees Lee Richardson and Megan  Laskey take up new Operations Manager roles, and Louise Weeber joins as People Support Administrator.

During 2023, Olive invested in technology to upgrade administration management systems.  The benefit of this investment will be seen this year, giving existing clients the latest software and accounting tools.  This investment supports strong client retention as shown with long term clients, such as Samsung and Tate & Lyle, extending partnerships for many more years.
