The Olive annual Christmas workshops recently took place at Becketts Farm. The workshops, held in the farms Orange Kitchen were headed up by Director of Food, Jacqui Mee and the Olive Food Innovation Team. Over the course of two days the team presented a variety of festive food innovation including; breakfast granola pots with yuletide toppings, winter warming salads, seasonal speciality meats, and Christmas sweet treats. The workshop was an outstanding success with one Olive team member commenting “I have been with Olive for only four months, and have already completed my first workshop. I have so many ideas to take back into the kitchen, and with Christmas dinners only a month away, this will be invaluable to me and the rest of my team.
