Leading contact caterer Olive Catering Services has followed a record-breaking year with a string of high-profile wins to kick start 2017.
Less than two months into 2017, Olive has already announced the openings of six new sites across the country including Sony PlayStation, Danone, Ted Baker and Suzuki. These new contracts bolster its already extensive list of clients which includes Vitality, its first London restaurant.
This year’s early successes follow a string of landmark achievements in 2016, including a 12% increase in turnover which saw the business take over £25.7 million.
Olive’s partnership with The Springboard Charity has helped provide a route into employment for future stars of the hospitality and catering sector.
Olive was also named as one of ‘1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ by the London Stock Exchange, after it was identified as one of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the 2016 report.
Last year also saw yet another award win, cementing the caterer’s place as one of the top performers within the industry. Thanks to its impressive growth and investment in food innovation, Olive beat off tough competition to scoop the coveted prize for contract catering at last year’s Cost Sector Catering Awards.
Damon Brown, Olive’s Co-Founder said: “Over the past 12 months there has been a number of brilliant achievements, and the hard work of our team across the country has been instrumental in the continued growth we have secured. We are excited to have started 2017 with a host of new openings and look forward to working with our Food Innovation team to developing our latest offerings for this year.”
